Honestly, I don't.
So I got back from Costa Rica around noon on Monday. I unpacked, showered, and went straight to bed. But not before checking my phone messages.
So it turns out that the contest for my summer Horticulture class was actually today, August 1st, when we thought it was on the 8th. So I called my teacher and told her I wasn't sure if I could come because I actually had a low fever. Anyway after a lot of bouncing back and forth and a last minute descion, I decided to go. So I left yesterday. It was actually really fun. There's only one other girl in the summer program and she's new and we get along nicely. We roomed together and stayed up late watching Adult Swim and South Park...
The contest was at the Ohio State Fair in Columbus. So after we finished, they gave us about an hour to walk around. I hung out with the chickens!!
The only problem I had was there's this really annoying smelly, fat, ugly guy in my class who has a HUGE crush on me. D: He seriously doesn't know how to act around me. He constantly wanted to know if I was okay or if I wanted some of his sandwhich, and on the ride home he has his arm on the back seat the whole time and it was really close to me.
Meh...The bad news of the week is that my cousin ran away. He's 17 so who knows where he went. He was having a lot of problems with drugs. I think I might have written about him. He had a
very near death experience back in like May. He went to rehab and he seemed to be a little better. Steady for a while at least. But now he's run off somewhere. His girlfriend said he was there but now he's not. So we don't know.
Anyway I'll try to put up some of the better pictures from Costa Rica soon! Lots of monkeys!!! A lizard or two too.
Also I had this really weird dream last night about this kid who I used to really like....
P.S. I wanted to get HP at like Midnight when it came out but my Mom wouldn't let me because we were leaving at like 6:30 the next morning for the airport. I was up till freaking 3:00 anyway...[That's a whole other story] Then to make matters worse, every store at the airport was selling it. They even had it in Costa Rica!!!! I was so mad. I told my Mom that Borders had probably given our copy up. Amazingly they hadn't so my Mom got it on Monday. I still haven't started it yet...So no spoiling please!! I'll eat your eyes if you do.
